The opportunity

As an Americas Learning & Development (L&D) Projects Specialist – Senior Associate you’ll provide advanced operational, process, and technology support to learning projects or programs. This includes supporting functions and processes within learning, including the quality assurance of learning documentation, collection of documentation required for internal reviews and analysis, as well as the maintenance outcomes of learning items in our internal systems. In this role you will be expected to produce high quality deliverables and assist on special projects where needed.

Your key responsibilities

• Drive portfolio management activities include feedback and consumption reporting and analysis to support course maintenance/retirement recommendations.
