Talent & Partnerships Associate

We're looking for a Talent & Partnerships Associate to help us grow our client and candidate network. You'll be the face of Recruitcha on LinkedIn, building relationships with hiring teams and surfacing top talent while our backend team handles the rest.

What the role looks like:

• Prospect and connect with hiring managers, founders, and potential clients via LinkedIn
• Pitch Recruitcha's recruiting services and build relationships that convert to placements
• Source and message candidates to keep our pipeline active
• Our team handles screening, interviews, and reporting so you can focus on outreach and relationship-building

You'll get real sales reps experience in a high-growth recruiting firm, with direct exposure to BD, client relationships, and the full recruiting cycle.
