Talent Officer - School Recruitment (MoE Subjects)

Aldar Education is seeking a Talent Officer – School Recruitment to specialise in the recruitment of MoE subject teachers across its schools in the UAE.

This role includes end‑to‑end recruitment of MoE subject teachers, close collaboration with the Director of MoE and hiring managers, and serving as a subject specialist in education recruitment.

• Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for MoE subjects including Arabic Studies, Islamic Studies and Social Studies, ensuring alignment with workforce plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for the Director of MoE, principals and hiring managers, supporting decision‑making, interview coordination and workforce planning.
• Act as a subject specialist recruiter for MoE, providing recruitment expertise and candidate recommendations across the operated schools.
