Position: Talent & Development Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent & Development specialists.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify critical skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs, workshops, and initiatives, utilizing a blended learning approach (e.g., e-learning, in‑person training, coaching, mentoring).
• Manage the full learning and development lifecycle, from content creation and vendor selection to program delivery and evaluation of impact.
• Implement and oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews.
• Develop and execute talent identification and succession planning strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
