Talent development specialist

The Talent Development Specialist will be responsible for the following:

Design and deliver comprehensive talent development programmes to support employee growth. Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs. Develop learning materials and resources tailored to the Chemical Manufacturing industry Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggest improvements. Support the implementation of leadership development and succession planning strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational policies in all training activities. Provide guidance and support to employees in their professional development journeys. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in talent development within the Chemical Manufacturing industry
