Additionally, ensure that the process is followed by: 

  • As part of the Better Together company project, this position will directly influence the Manager Coach role in achieving the employee development. Fulfillment and dedication are integral to Total’s performance and a core concern for the Group. Therefore, internal campaigns, coaching and constant follow up is necessary. This position will work in a fast-paced environment with a notable generation gap. Work is performed in an office environment and frequent travel is required.
