Support final candidate delivery, client coordination, interview management, and placement workflow progression to ensure candidates and clients move efficiently through the final stages of the recruitment process.

The Talent Delivery Partner acts as the operational bridge between:

• Candidates
• Clients
• Recruitment
• HR
• Operations

This role is responsible for maintaining placement momentum, ensuring excellent communication throughout final stages, and delivering a professional candidate and client experience.

The Talent Delivery Partner also plays an active role in client interview participation, interview coordination, and workflow visibility.
