At Sigma Connected , we're looking for a driven and ambitious Talent Consultant to join our in-house recruitment team. Operating like an internal recruitment agency, you'll be responsible for proactively sourcing, headhunting and securing top talent across a range of leadership, specialist and professional services roles.

This is a role for someone who loves the chase, thrives on delivering results and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, build networks and uncover talent that isn't actively looking. If you're target-driven, commercially minded and passionate about recruitment, we want to hear from you.
