Schedule: On-site | Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Results-Oriented)
Language Requirement: Fully Bilingual - English & Spanish
Contract Type: Permanent (Indefinite Term)

We want someone who leads with logic, common sense, and data , who can drive results , coach under pressure , and recruit by example .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ recruiters focused on high-volume hiring for U.S.based roles.
- Maintain a performance-first culture with clear expectations, fast feedback, and tough conversations when needed.
- Own and manage KPI dashboards (closures, time-to-fill, margin) with advanced Excel skills and weekly tracking.
- Personally handle 2-3 orders per month to set the tone for urgency and quality.
