Talent Acquisition Specialistis responsible for executing full-cycle hiring processes across the organization, supporting onboarding, screening, and pipeline-building efforts. Key Responsibilities
+ Draft and update job descriptions for open roles
+ Post job openings across job boards and recruiting platforms
+ Screen applications, coordinate 60- & 90-day check-ins and follow-ups
+ Conduct video screens and in-person interviews; handle candidate communication
