What We Are Looking For
The
Talent Acquisition Specialist
will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process across all Rheinmetall Denel Munition sites nationally. This includes attracting, sourcing, assessing, and securing suitably qualified candidates to meet the organisation’s current and future workforce requirements.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Assist with the implementation of recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Building networks and talent pools, actively sourcing for profiles in applicant tracking system.
Identifying new recruitment trends and channels, monitoring the market success of various recruitment products.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition approval to appointment.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers.
Coach managers on interviewing and selection best practices.
Ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
