Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and independent Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our hiring initiatives across multiple functions and regions. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and contribute to a growing TA team - all in support of our continued business growth.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, from job posting to offer negotiation
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions
