LionsBot is scaling fast with growth hires across five regions in 2026, with a 2027 IPO on the horizon. This role sits at the centre of that engine. You’ll own the end-to-end process for a mix of technical and non-technical roles, working closely with hiring managers across the business. The job isn’t just about finding good candidates — it’s about keeping stakeholders informed, keeping the process moving, and making sure nothing falls through the gaps.
What you’ll doOwn requisitions end-to-end: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, timelines, and candidate calibration — and hold them to process.
Source proactively across LinkedIn, job boards, and referral channels; don’t wait for inbound to fill the pipeline.
