Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

This is an intermediate level Talent Acquisition Specialist role with excellent growth opportunities, working within the cybersecurity and technology sectors. You will join our Global Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment activities for the APAC region and collaborate on broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.

The role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and has a dotted line reporting to the APAC Director HR. This position is based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Post job adverts
• Use the internal ATS to manage applications and collect documentation
• Organize interviews
• Liaise with and update hiring managers on recruitment processes
• Participate in interviews and meetings
• Manage the candidate experience and ensure they are updated at all points of the interview process
• Prepare monthly reports on ongoing recruitment activities
