Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Schedule interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments, and in‑person interviews (assess applicants, relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes).
- Assess candidate using our Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.
- Provide analytical and recruiting reports (dashboard, etc.).
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Complete offer initiation for new hires.
