Talent Acquisition Specialist

Recruitment sits at the heart of this role, but it’s far from being the only focus. You’ll partner closely with operational leaders, support key business processes, and play an important role in delivering talent and systems projects across the aviation business.

We’re pleased to partner with a well-established global organisation operating within the aviation sector. Supporting a workforce of around 80 employees, this standalone role works closely with local leadership while remaining connected to a broader national and global network. It’s an environment where you’ll be trusted to work independently, build strong relationships, and make a genuine contribution across the business.

This is a 12-month contract with a strong intention for the role to become permanent, offering a unique blend of talent acquisition, operational support, and project involvement.
