Description We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring initiatives for a pharmaceutical organization in Durham, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a recruiting specialist who can manage the hiring lifecycle, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a thoughtful experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The role will partner closely with stakeholders to attract talent with relevant experience and strengthen employer visibility in a competitive market.
