• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for HVAC‑related roles including Engineers, Technicians, Supervisors, Project Staff, Sales, and Corporate Support Functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Conduct reference checks and facilitate candidate assessments when required.
• Prepare and negotiate job offers in line with company policies.
