Responsibilities
- Full‑cycle recruitment of Class 1/CDL‑A drivers
- Hiring both company drivers and owner‑operators
- Creative sourcing across digital and in‑person channels
- Screening for experience, compliance, and cultural fit
- Supporting hiring events and terminal engagement
- Driving recruitment performance through data and insights
