Vacancy Description
Develop, implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to create talent pipelines for future critical staffing needs. Work with division leadership to understand intern staffing needs and then act as the recruiter filling those roles. Screen, schedule, and interview applicants. Coordinate manager and team interviews, employment testing and reference checking pre‑hire. Coordinate background screening to ensure compliance. Extend verbal and written job offers. Complete weekly reports on employment activity and recurring reports on intern and trainee hiring analytics. Use traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidate pools. Proactively network and leverage technology to recruit from passive candidate sources. Report to the HR Manager and have no direct reports. Must be willing to recruit in the field, visit nearby towns for employment fairs...
