Job Description

• Manage, mentor, and guide the internal recruitment team, distribute requisitions, set performance targets, and ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
• Oversee and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both high-volume F&B Operations and specialized Support Services roles.
• Liaise with, evaluate, and manage contracts with external recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and third-party manpower suppliers.
• Act as the internal Company administrator for the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring clean data architecture, pipeline hygiene, and process automation.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies utilizing platforms like GulfTalent, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, and local/international career fairs.
