Talent Acquisition / Recruiter (1-year contract)

Job Summary: This role will support end‑to‑end recruitment delivery while building strong talent pipelines and enhancing our employer brand. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to attract, assess, and onboard talent aligned with current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, interviewing, and candidate selection
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines and talent mapping to support ongoing and future manpower requirements
• Partner with hiring managers to drive effective interview processes and hiring decisions
• Conduct interviews and perform reference checks in line with company guidelines
