Talent Acquisition Process & Enablement Lead

**Job Description**
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Process & Enablement Lead plays a critical role in driving process improvement, enablement, and operational initiatives that deliver efficiency and consistency across GM's Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) function.
+ Execute change management activities in support of talent acquisition initiatives, including developing communication plans, engaging stakeholders, building training materials, QRGs, and tracking adoption.
+ Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, leverage technology to reduce manual work and increase productivity, and support the optimization of the TA team's suite of tools and systems to meet hiring needs globally.
