Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a 6 month fixed term contract 

Culina Group are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, who will lead on our centre recruitment, partnering with our, Operational teams to deliver resourcing solutions to the wider Culina Group.

Key Duties

Recruitment Delivery – Manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment for multiple vacancies simultaneously for across multiple grades and locations. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from attraction through to onboarding, including supporting and advising hiring managers on best practice through screening and selection process. 

Talent Attraction – Ownership of various Talent Attraction strategies to proactively source and engage passive and diverse talent, building talent pools across multiple platforms eg LinkedIn, internal networks and our ATS for&#x...
