Danfoss is currently looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team, supporting all recruitment activities in Danfoss Power Solutions. Mandate to attract and recruit the best talents in the market for our business.
As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for mainly salaried staffing needs in close cooperation with hiring managers and stakeholders. While you will focus on Brazil, global recruitments within Danfoss Power Solutions will be shared within the team.
The job is mainly based at Guaratinguetá/SP or Caxias do Sul/RS, with the flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid setup.
