About the role

Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, screening, developing network through industry contacts and placement activities and employment documentation.

Key Accountabilities

• Identifies the best recruitment approach for hiring different job profiles and functions
• Conducts job interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualification match the job requirements
• Explores market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees
• Conducts research to identify and select suitable job advertising options
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of labor law, implementing required changes to keep company recruitment processes compliant
• Builds quality relationship with internal customers and external recruitment agencies. Addresses managers concerns regarding recruitment issues
• Participates in job fairs and career events
