Talent Acquisition & Mobilization Specialist

The Ghobash Group is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to support end-to-end recruitment for major projects in the UAE. You will handle campaigns, agency engagement, and candidate selection, ensuring seamless onboarding and mobilization for site readiness.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years of UAE experience, strong talent acquisition skills, and familiarity with ATS and VMS systems. The role requires coordination with HRBP, ADM, PRO, and project teams and entails on-site work in UAE.
