JOB SUMMARY
- Work closely with HRBP and team provide recruitment support by participating in recruitment campaigns and selection of resources for projects.
- Carry out mobilization coordination with agencies and internally with ADM/PRO team to complete the documentation for readiness to work at project site locations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
END TO END RECRUITMENT
- As per approved manpower plan contact with agencies and share the requirements for sourcing of candidates. Plan and carry out recruitment campaigns outside of UAE and involve in selection of candidates. Submit Agency proposal for sign as per group policy.
- Regularly communicates with recruitment agencies for upcoming hiring plans for blue collared workers and supervisors.
- Create vacancies in ATS arrange interviews and follow up with Line Managers on selection.
