The Role

This is MarketsVox's first dedicated Talent Acquisition hire. You won't be slotting into an existing function — you'll be building it. From sourcing strategy to employer brand, from ATS setup to executive search, this role has real scope and real ownership.

You will work closely with the CEO, CCO, and department heads to hire across sales, tech, finance, compliance, and everything in between — across multiple regions and time zones.
