Responsibilities
- Build the talent acquisition function from the ground up, including processes, tools, and playbooks
- Own end-to-end recruitment across sales, technology, finance, compliance, and operations
- Partner directly with the C‑suite and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, niche fintech communities, and direct headhunting
- Manage and optimize the ATS (Workable) to improve pipelines and reporting
- Build the company's employer brand across key markets including SEA, LATAM, MENA, and Europe
- Track and report on key TA metrics such as time to hire, cost per hire, and offer acceptance rates
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition
