TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for our client, who operates in the IT sector based in Dubai.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles.
• Partner with stakeholders and managers to drive talent acquisition strategies and goals.
• Report recruitment activities and find new ways to improve processes.
• Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong talent pool.
• Monitor and enhance recruiting analytics.
• Manage the talent acquisition budget.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment process for technology hiring with a strong background in candidate sourcing.
• Experience using recruitment ATS systems.
