Experiencia y requisitos

• Proactively identifies and addresses opportunities to improve operational efficiencies within the talent acquisition function. This includes, but not limited to, ensuring interview guides are updated to reflect Maxeon Solar Technology values and competencies.
• Conducts new hire orientation and coordination of preparation of day 1 activities.
• Ensures local country handbooks are kept up to date and provided to new hires as part of orientation process.
• Responsible for providing employment data and/or statistics to government authorities as required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience and 2-3 years management experience.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition in either an in-house role or with an external search firm.
• Excellent communication skills.
• English 90%.
