Recruitment Infrastructure
- Write job descriptions
- Build scorecards
- Create interview questions
- Design practical skill tests
- Create hiring SOPs
- Standardise hiring stages
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Own recruitment operations.
- Build applicant pipeline system (Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, or ATS)
- Track stages: Applied > Shortlisted > Interview 1 > Task stage > Final interview > Offer > Hired > Grade candidates objectively > Maintain talent database
