Talent Acquisition Lead — Build Our TA Engine (Hybrid)

MarketsVox is seeking a Talent Acquisition expert to create a recruitment function from scratch. This role involves end-to-end recruitment across various departments including sales, tech, and finance in the dynamic markets of Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the MENA region.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in fintech or related sectors, and will work closely with the CEO and CCO to drive company growth through effective hiring strategies.
