Role And Responsibilities

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for the recruitment process for the ALTO project at SYSTRA Canada.

• Act as a true business‑talent acquisition partner: understand the challenges, calibrate profiles, prioritize roles, and influence decisions tactfully and factually.
