Requirements:

• Ongoing or completed studies in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Sociology, or related fields.
• Interest in the talent, recruitment, and selection area.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Desirable: intermediate level of English.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Posting job openings on various job boards and internal platforms.
• Screening resumes according to the requirements of each vacancy.
• Conducting pre-screening phone interviews and supporting interview coordination with hiring managers.
• Updating the candidate database ...
