Job Title: HR Intern
Duration: 6 Months
Monthly CTC: R5,600 + Commission per successful placement Qualifications:

BCom Degree with a major in Human Resources from the University of Kwa Zulu-Natal or Varsity College . Key Responsibilities: Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: Draft and publish job advertisements. Source candidates via Linked In and other platforms. Screen CVs and shortlist applicants. Schedule and coordinate interviews. Conduct initial screening calls when necessary. Conduct reference checks and compile feedback. Maintain accurate employee records. Draft and prepare HR documentation (offer letters, contracts, etc.). Update and manage the internal CRM system.
