In this role, you will act as a consultant to our internal stakeholders, managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure we attract the best talent to support our business growth. You will balance speed and efficiency with high-quality hiring, ensuring all processes remain compliant with company policies and government regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and handling the offer/onboarding process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their team needs, provide recruitment advice, and guide them through the selection process
- Track key recruitment metrics (such as time-to-hire and resources) and provide regular updates to management
