Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, selection criteria, and hiring timelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions in line with organisational and ISO documentation standards.
- Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and feedback collection.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
