About the Role
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talents.
This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities and supporting employer branding initiatives. The TA Executive works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
What are you going to do? Recruitment and Candidate Sourcing- Manage full cycle recruitment for blue collar mass hiring, including job posting, screening, interviewing and hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals and recruitment agencies
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability
