• +4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proven experience recruiting Administrative, Professional, Specialist, Senior, and Leadership positions
• Advanced Conversational English (mandatory)
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong interview and candidate assessment skills
• Experience working with hiring managers and business leaders
