About the role
Oxford PharmaGenesis has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Team based in our Oxfordshire office.
In this role, you'll provide efficient administrative support across the full recruitment life cycle, including vacancy authorizations, candidate applications, skills assessments, interviews and new colleague onboarding. You will also maintain job adverts across our intranet, careers pages and external job boards. You'll act as a key point of contact for candidates, recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders, helping to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
