As a key member of our Talent Acquisition department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Smart Recruiter
• Assist in preparing and sending job offer letters and mobilisation requests
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and addressing their queries
