Description We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support hiring efforts for a Contract position based in Arlington, Virginia. In this role, you will help create a smooth and detail-oriented experience for candidates while keeping recruitment activities organized and on schedule. The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition and is comfortable managing coordination tasks across multiple stages of the hiring process.
