Responsibilities

Identifies development needs of Nationals, Graduate Trainees, National Trainees (NT), Admin and other stakeholders who are in target areas after completing training programmes. Ensures training programmes are meeting the identified needs for Graduate Trainees and NT. Responsible for assigned courses and coordinates with specific national trainees at various levels. Ensures that the training is carried out to achieve levels of competence set by target departments in accordance with current job requirements as well as future development plans. Evaluates development programmes and plans of UAE National trainees and employees to ensure they meet the specific needs of individuals and departments. Conducts regular review meetings to monitor progress and periodically reviews development plans to check their relevance and identify further actions to take for Graduate Trainees in both Operational and Corporate sides.
