As a TALENT ACQUISITION Coordinator, you will serve as a recruiting expert to the business!
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop managers to become more effective as leaders and managers in the areas of sourcing, interviewing and selection
- Assessing interviewing, testing, and hiring processes to ensure adherence with all government compliance requirements, and maintaining compliance and actively updating requisition activity within the ATS
- Effectively understanding recruiting metrics and act for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of HR or recruiting experience with technology solutions, including recruitment websites, applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday), and creative sourcing techniques
- English and Spanish at advance level
