At Gallagher Re, you’ll help connect people with roles where they can grow, contribute, and feel supported. In this 12-month FTC role focused on Early Careers talent, you’ll join a recruitment team that works closely with HR, hiring managers, and global support colleagues to create a clear and respectful hiring experience. Your work will help candidates understand who we are, what the role offers, and how they could build their career with us. This is a role for someone who enjoys engaging those at the beginning of their careers – speaking with people, using data to guide decisions, and keeping recruitment activity well organised. You’ll play a key part in finding and nurturing talent, supporting fair hiring processes, and helping hiring teams make informed decisions.
