Talent Acquisition Associate

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across technical and non-technical functions.

Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.

Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and assess candidate fit.

Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and interview schedules.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports in the ATS.
