Talent Acquisition Associate

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will specialize in managing contractor conversions for the US market, while also driving end-to-end recruitment processes to build diverse teams and contributing to global talent acquisition projects.
You will be based in Mexico City and report directly to our Talent Acquisition Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Be the primary contact for transitioning contingent workers to permanent employees within the US market, ensuring a seamless experience for both the business and the candidates.
Provide end-to-end recruitment support for diverse positions within PPG, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source top talent, and deliver qualified candidates.
Coach and develop managers to become expert leaders in sourcing, interviewing, and selection to attract a diverse pool of top talent.
