Talent Acquisition Analyst – Full‑Time Independent Contractor

Working hours: 9:00AM–6:00PM EST, Monday through Friday. CVs should be submitted in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support the recruitment process.
• Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned.
• Assist in recruitment‑related administrative tasks and reporting.
